Play can happen in any place, using bits and pieces or nothing at all. Co-designed with Save the Children, this pack has resources, suggestions and ideas to support your child’s play and learning. There are low cost and free play experiences for children aged two to five. These can easily bechanged to suit younger or older children too.
Lots of these activities help develop the skills that will be a good start for when they begin or go back to school or nursery. Each topic offers a simple play-based activity you can try with your child, and there are some extra ideas for play that are great fun but don’t need much preparation. We hope you can use this pack to add more fun into summer.
