The coronavirus pandemic has created unusual and difficult experiences for children and families. One of these is not being able to go outside. This can be especially difficult if you feel your home is crowded, or don’t have much privacy from neighbours. Feeling stressed or upset is completely understandable. It’s important to look after yourself and to find ways to relax.
