Play Scotland is delighted to invite you to our 2025 Annual General Meeting

Play for a Change: Place, Practitioners, and Parents

Tuesday 30 September, 2:00 – 4:30 pm

Join us as we reflect on the past year, including the launch of Getting it Right for Play and the Scottish Government’s Play Vision Statement and Action Plan.

We will showcase some of our proudest achievements from the past year and hear directly from world-leading experts on play, including:

  • Keynote address: Professor Sukanya Krishnamurthy. Sukanya is a Chancellor’s Fellow and Senior Lecturer at the School of Geosciences, University of Edinburgh and has been part of play research projects around the world focusing on child-friendly urban planning
  • Amy Woodhouse. Amy is the CEO of Parenting Across Scotland. She is an advocate for parents and families to push for change to improve children’s lives. She previously worked as head of policy, projects and participation at Children in Scotland, with two periods as joint interim CEO
